Oakmind is an independent app studio based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@oakmind.co.uk.

Using the website and apps

The website is informational. Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Unless an app says otherwise, they are free. You agree not to misuse the site or apps — including attempting to disrupt them, circumvent technical limits, scrape them at scale, or use them for anything unlawful.

Results are not professional advice

Scores and results produced by our apps are for interest and self-comparison only. They are not medical, psychological, educational or professional assessments, and no decision should be based on them.

Intellectual property

The Oakmind name, logo, website design, and app content belong to Oakmind. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission, except for the limited copies your browser or device makes in the normal course of using the site or apps.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or retire the site or any app at any time. We aim for reliability but the site and apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oakmind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or apps. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you keep any protection your local consumer law gives you.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
