PayBuddy
A desktop studio for YouTube creators · in testing
PayBuddy is a desktop app for people who run one or more YouTube channels. It puts your channels, your numbers and your production pipeline in one window, so you can see what is working and make the next video without switching between a dozen tools.
What it does
- All your channels in one sidebar — views, watch time, retention and traffic for every channel you connect.
- A visual pipeline — research, script, voice, pictures, music, render and checks as connected steps on a canvas, each with the tool you choose.
- Experiments — track what you changed (titles, thumbnails, hooks) and whether it moved the numbers.
- Your tools, your keys — bring the AI and editing tools you already use; PayBuddy just connects them.
How your YouTube data is handled
PayBuddy runs on your own computer. When you connect a channel, you sign in with Google and grant read-only access to that channel’s YouTube data and YouTube Analytics. The data is stored on your computer only; Oakmind runs no server that receives it. PayBuddy cannot upload, edit or delete anything on your channel.

Status
PayBuddy is in private testing. If you run a channel and would like to try it, write to hello@oakmind.co.uk.
